2 shoulder roasts, approximately 3 pounds each
2 leg roasts, approximately 5–7 pounds each
10 one-pound packages of ground lamb
2 slabs of ribs
6 packages of chops, with 6 chops per package
The final balance will be calculated after processing, based on the confirmed hanging weight.
